Signature Swedish: $40, $75, $105, $150
A massage of full body relaxation. Light to medium in pressure, designed to loosen body tension, increase blood flow, stimulate self healing, & promote relaxation through stress reduction. Includes Hot towels & Aromatherapy.
The Ultimate Bodywork Massage: $45, $85, $115, $170
Combines Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy & Sports massage, while maintaining relaxation techniques. Specific to targeting muscle tension & pain relief, medium to deep in pressure for muscle recovery & improved healthier performance.
* Deep tissue is not a one pressure fits all. Deep tissue therapy should tailor to the clients level of maximum pressure tolerated without tensing other muscles. Normally this is measured on a 1-10 scale (1-low pressure, 10- high intensity) with an optimum pressure of 8. The goal is to provide muscle relief through specific highly sensitive muscle groups, underlying the superficial layers. This modality can break up scar tissue, move lactic acid to increase post workout recovery time and soreness, while also elongating tissue, and improve joint function.
The Ultimate & Stretching: 90min, $120
Combines Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy & Sports massage, while maintaining relaxation techniques. Stretching joints, while targeting muscle tension & pain relief. Medium to deep in pressure for muscle recovery & improved healthier performance.
Injury Massage: 75 min$110, 90min $125
Designed to address chronic issues related to previous injury, prevent injury, & provide relief to problematic areas of the body through a variety of techniques using medium to deep pressure.
Reflexology: $45, $75
Stimulating active points on the hands and feet which directly affect organ, muscle and body function health.
Massage Party: $50 -1Therapist, $110- 2 Therapists
Spruce up any party, whether it's a birthday, family reunion or football game by offering massage therapy to your guests! Only $50 for the reservation, which will be included in the hosts massage price. Available for short & sweet 15-30 min massages, or 50 min sessions for up to 5 guests, or up to 10 guests with two therapists for larger parties. Short sessions are $1 per minute, while 50 min sessions range from $75-$85 depending on massage modality. The host receives a full 60 min unless otherwise requested.
Couples Massage Training: $120-$165
*60min-90min hands on sessions*
Get to train with your spouse and learn how to alleviate the most complained about areas during a hands on training! Time issplit evenly so each can experience the techniques, and feel what they've learned on each other. This is not meant to provide extensive training but to give better knowledge on simple ways to help each other feel good at home during the "in between times" of a scheduled massage. No more two minutes of rub, rub, rub, push, push, push...."okay now I'm done."
Massage for Students: $45-50min, $75-90min
Its never too early to learn the benefits of massage, and start preventing injuries before regular maitenance is necessary. Young adults may seek massage as a compliment to their athletic activities, specific training, or simply to relax after a season of finals. The massage for students, is designed to be affordable, while customary to the students individual needs.
