Before massage therapy school, I attended Colorado State University and was apart of the Biomedical Science program. It was there that I discovered my profound passion for the human body and wanted to work more with people in that realm.
All of my techniques are designed around the needs of each individual client and we pride ourselves with a satisfaction guarantee promise. All of our sessions are thorough, beginning with a detailed consultation & followed by specific protocols created for your health goals and preferences for your massage sessions to follow. We often make recommendations and educate our clients to better address their needs & achieve optimal wellness.
My experience and specialties range from:
Neck, back and low back compression
Chronic pain relief
Injury prevention/recovery for athletes
Back surgery maintenance
Relaxation & maintain a healthy lifestyle

Why I do What I Do!
The human body is a fascinating infrastructure of anatomy and physiology. It has never failed to surprise me and in the line of work, massage therapy illustrates mysterious benefits, all complimenting the human experience.
Providing a relaxing environment and place to wind down is the easiest part of my work! Other than being able to work in a tranquil place, the real reason I love what I do comes from the fulfillment I get in helping other people. I can directly improve how people feel, act and perform working with the body naturally. Its amazing.
I enjoy staying fit, eating healthy and receiving massages too! Living life without fear and with love is my motto. The world is too big and beautiful to not travel and talk to me about cooking anytime! Happiness is a choice and often we can allow life to get too busy that we forget what matters.
